AP, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV176714.

Bulland, staverton. Part of rectangular enclosure, single ditched, the long nw side and parts of ne and sw sides only being visible. Recorded as crop mark july 1984 by f. M. Griffith. Length of complete side about 70m (ap).

Cropmarks of levelled ditches are visible on oblique aerial photographs taken in 1984, to the southeast of Halsworthy, Staverton. The cropmarks are formerly interpreted as the remains of a prehistoric enclosure, although clearly correspond with relict field medieval or post-medieval boundaries shown on the 1845 Parish Tithe Map. The cropmarks have not been transcribed during this survey.
