Full description
MOORE, 1986, Sketch and photographs (Worksheet). SDV112943.
A chert axe was found in 1982 in spoil from building work at Meshayes Farm. Dimensions 8 inches by 3 inches, 1.25 inches thick. Not worked all over surface. Identified by Desmond Collins as Neolithic. Other details: Sketch and photographs.
