Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Depicted on the Tithe Map (1843). Field no 1066 on Apportionment; 'house, yard and garden'. Linchaford.

(6/7/1979). According to the owner this house once included the baker's shop (at the Ponsworthy end) and the general shop. Before that it was a farmhouse and the yard was a farm yard. It was burnt down at one point. The present garden was made by the owner.
