Full description
Department of Environment, Bere Ferrers (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV216169.
Farm building may originally have been a shippon. Circa early-mid 19th century. Rubble walls. Has brick chimney shaft. Shippon was probably on ground floor but all evidence has disappeared, there is now one large room and one smaller room on ground floor. Two storeys. Granary was probably situated on the first floor.
