Full description
Department of Environment, 1985, Dawlish, 18 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV303688.
Former town hall. Built in 1853. Classical style stuccoed front with central projecting pediment. Hipped slate roof. Parapet. Pilasters separate 1st floor windows. Quoins to ground floor. Rusticated ground floor with segmental arch. Three sashes with glazing bars intact. Blank panels over ground floor windows. Now central hall for Christian Fellowship. Other details: LBS Number 84380.
