Barn attached to east of sampford manor (formerly list as hall farmhouse). Early-mid 19th century with later 19th century alterations. Granite rubble with square quoins, slate roofs. Remains of later 19th century horse engine shed to rear right and launder along rear. Cart entry. Gear wheels remaining on rearwall from horse engine machinery; late 19th century 6-bay roof of scissors trusses with 2 rows of purlins (doe).
