Cottage, 17th century. Rendered cob and rubble walls. Thatched roof, half hipped to the left, gabled to the right. Projecting rendered rubble stack at right gable end with brick shaft.
Plan: two room plan with central entrance; larger heated room to the right and unheated service room to the left. Two storeys. Regular one-window front, two windows to ground floor circa early 20th century casements with glazing bars, two-light except for ground floor right-hand window which is three-light. Central lean-to open fronted porch approached by steps with 19th century plank door behind.
Interior inaccessible at time of survey and may contain original features such as beams, fireplaces and roof timbers.
