Town Farmhouse, mid C19. Morte slates with hammer-dressed stonework toopenings. Slate roof. Symmetrical double-depth plan, lean-to with slate roof. Two storeys. 'Town tenement' marked on os 6" (1903/1938) map.

Town farmhouse, mid 19th century. Morte slates with hammer-dressed stonework to the openings. Slate roof with stacks at each gable-end. Symmetrical double-depth plan with lean-to with slate roof at right gable end. Two storeys. Three window range of 3-light casements, 8 panes per light, over two 3-light transomed windows, 4 panes over 6 panes, all 19th century windows with flat dressed stone arches. Central gabled porch with slate roof and round-arched dressed stone archway. Inner doorway with plank door and overlight. Slate-hanging to right gable end.
