Summary

Possible site of a toll house to the east of Sequer's Bridge. On the 1841 Modbury tithe map, a building is illustrated alongside the road within Plot 1859 which is recorded as 'Toll House' on the accompanying tithe apportionment. The toll house was demolished sometime after 1933.
