Parish church. Late c13 to early c14 west tower and spire, remainder circa early c16. Well restored by j. D. Sedding and completed in 1889. Coursed slate rubble with granite dressings including moulded granite plinth. Slate roofs. Nave and chancel in one with large five; light four; centred arch east window with perpendicular panel tracery. Buttresses with set-offs, set back from the corners at the east end. Long north and south aisles. Perpendicular architecture. See doe list for full details (doe).

Holbeton parish church, all saint's church. Has a magnificent screen work, square norman table font, late 16th century monument to sir thomas hele, of flete, ancient ledgers, processional cross of ethiopian silver, monument to andrew frind, slab to gilbert hillerdon. Many wall and floor tablets.(copeland).

The church has interesting monumental records. Namely a series of memorials at the east end of the north aisle, formerly a chantry chapel belonging to the estate of fleet or flete damarell in the parish of holbeton (jewers).
