Full description

Radford, G. H., 1905, Lydford Town, 177 (Article in Serial). SDV336874.

Pennies of Aethelred II struck at Lydford. 1) obverse: Aedelred Rex Anglo; small bust in circle reverse: Bruna on Lydanford; short cross in possession of Mr Gill of Tavistock. 2) obverse: same legend, bust larger. Reverse: Aelfstan M-O Lyda, long cross voided.
