Drain. Ditch, with a bank on south-east side, 1.40m wide and 0.15m high. Dimensions: length 70m by 0.80m wide by 0.30m deep.

(09/04/1995) at SX 5717 6428 and SX 5714 6429. Two animal runs survive as linear gullies situated within an historic field system.
The western animal run survives as a 22m long, 0.8m wide and 0.2m deep gully. Material upcast during the construction of this run forms a bank on the northern side of the gully and this survives as a 1.5m wide and 0.2m high bank.
The eastern animal run measures 85m long, 0.8m wide and 0.3m deep and at its western end runs close to and parallel with the ditch of a pillow mound. Material upcast during the construction of this run forms a 1.5m wide and 0.2m high bank on the northern side of the gully.
This is site No. 102 019 in the National Trust Upper Plym inventory.
Another length of animal run is shown and described in the National Trust Upper Plym inventory as site No. 102 009 but this only a modern animal path. These gullies probably represent part of a system of animal runs in which rabbits and vermin could have been trapped.
