(24/10/1950) Remains of tumulus, White Hill. Very much despoiled and now covered with heather. The greater part of the mound has been removed but the former extent is still traceable. The diameter is 16.0m. Height 0.5m. Towards the centre of the remains. The condition is poor.
(13/08/1979) The barrow has been completely levelled and its site is now heather covered.

White Hill cairn '8' at SX53218370 of 5.0 metres diameter by 0.2 metres high with a centrel shallow depression.

(29/07/1998) The remains of a cairn lie on a slight shelf on the SW facing slope below the hill crest at SX53208370, 384m above OD. A disturbed turf-covered patch of ground approximately 18.0m by 16.0m and no more than 0.3m high marks the surviving elements of this cairn which has been damaged by a slit trench dug into its west side.
A large slit trench and upcast bank lies to the south of the cairn.
The cairn is composed of sandstone, shales and soil and is covered by heather moorland.

(09/01/2001) The ill-defined vestiges of this cairn lie under close-cropped moorland turf. A well used track skirts the eastern side.

This monument includes a round cairn situated on a west-facing slope overlooking Willsworthy Army Camp. The cairn mound measures 16 metres in diameter and stands up to 0.4 metres high. This cairn has been partly damaged but archaeological levels will survive.
