One of a group of over 70 hut circles with enclosures. Hut 38; portion of a hone, large river pebble, few pot boilers.

(17/07/1992) Hut in Standon Down settlement. At SX 55058247. Terraced into hillside. Internal diameter measures 5m. Rubble wall 2.5m wide, 1m high. Partly blocked doorway facing south, defined by upright slabs. Boundary wall leads south-east from this hut. The 1901 excavation recovered hone, large pebble and a few pot boilers.
