Summary

Mid-late 17th century farmhouse, now a house. May have an earlier core. A three room plan cottage facing south, the rear is terraced into the slope. Easton Cottage adjoins on the right hand side, but the two cottages have been self-contained dwellings since the 17th century. Main rooms have a soffit-chamfered beams, the kitchen cross-beam is unstopped, the parlour axial beam has straight cut stops to the front.

Yonder Thatch, former farmhouse now a house. Mid-late 17th century, possibly earlier core. Plastered granite stone rubble; granite stacks, one rebuilt with brick, both with plastered brick tops; thatch roof.
A three room plan cottage facing south, the rear is terraced into the slope. Easton cottage adjoins on the right hand side, but the two cottages have been self-contained dwellings since the 17th century. Two storeys.
Symmetrical frontage arranged around a central doorway which contains a 20th century part-glazed and panelled door. Parlour fireplace is original. Kitchen fireplace rebuilt late 19th century/early 20th century. The roof is not accessible but the feet of straight principals show.
Main rooms have a soffit-chamfered beams, the kitchen cross-beam is unstopped, the parlour axial beam has straight cut stops to the front.
