Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Shown on the Tithe map, and later 19th century and 20th century historic maps. 1919 on the apportionment; 'Houses, garden and offices' Higher Easton and Whiteaberry.

Whiteabury farmhouse now house once a farmhouse. Late 18th century/early 19th century, possibly earlier core, thoroughly renovated in mid 20th century. Plastered granite stone rubble. Granite stacks. Thatch roof. Slate roof to dairy.
A three-room-and-through-passage plan house. Two storeys.
Regular one 3 window front of mostly original 16 pane sashes and including one replacement 20 pane horned sash. Dairy has 20th century horned sashes.
Interior contains some original joinery detail but much was replaced in mid 20th century. The chimneypieces, staircase and roof structure are all mid 20th century.
