Studio Cottage. Early/mid 19th century, possibly earlier core. Granite rubble with dressed quoins; brick stacks; thatch roof. A two room plan cottage facing east. Corner stack. Axial stack backing onto the stairs. Now a cottage ornee. Two storeys.
Exterior balanced but not symmetrical 3 window front. Original casements. Plain 19th century joinery detail. No structural carpentry is exposed. Roof not inspected. See designation record for full list details.
