A turf-covered stony cairn measuring 9.0m north-south by 8.8m remaining 0.7m high. The flat top of the mound possesses three small, amorphous holes, the results of unrecorded excavations. There is no evidence to suggest the presence of a cist or kerb.

(27/06/1977) SX 5962 6687. A cairn situated on a west facing slope at 325m OD. It consists of a heather-covered mound of stones, 9.0m in diameter and 0.7m high, with a very small depression in the centre. Surveyed at 1:10 000 on PFD.
