Full description
Department of Environment, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV330989.
Group of 4 headstones approx 4-7m south of south porch of church of st. Peter ad vincula. Comprising 2 headstones and 2 footstones. Late c18/early c19. Slate. All nowy-arched. Headstone to john wade, mariner (d 1814) and other member of family with angel's bust to head. Footstone has urn to head with verse 'farewell my dear and loving wife' etc. Headstone with inscription to eleanor symons and footstone with urn to head with verse 'free from all care and pain. ' etc (doe).
