A series of mining trial pits on the western side of Olderwood Plantation. Thought to be associated with South Yeolands Consols Mine.
OP29 SX 5275 6642. A series of trial pits around a very large pit with possible mineshaft at its centre (MDV34214). Smaller pits vary in size from 3.0 metres in diameter to 6.5 metres and are between 1.0 and 1.5 metres deep.
