To the south west of the enclosure (MDV130554) a circular platform, diameter 8 metres and up to 1.0 metre deep (where it is cut back into the slope), surrounded by several orthostats is the only remains of this hut.

'Hut Circles' shown on 19th century map. This hut circle is shown to the south-west of the oval enclosure.

(01/06/1950) Hut 'B'. Remains of large double walled hut circle. Wall is of large flat stones comprising inner and outer faces with small stones and soil filling the spaces between. There is no visible entrance.
(22/06/1977) To the south west of the enclosure (MDV130554) a circular platform, diameter 8m and up to 1.0m deep (where it is cut back into the slope), surrounded by several orthostats is the only remains of the second hut. Surveyed at 1:10 000 on PFD.

The monument includes an enclosed stone hut circle, boundary bank and further hut circle situated to the south-east of Brisworthy overlooking the Plym Valley. An outlying hut circle is linked to the enclosure by a short connecting wall. The stone hut circles are defined by double orthostatic walls measuring up to 1.5 metres wide and 0.7 metres high which surround their interiors and measure up to 8 metres in diameter internally. The enclosure is cut by a farm leat and track.
