(02/05/1950) Hut E, with a well defined entrance to south. One of eight hut circles in an enclosure, labelled A-H. Diameter 7m, height 0.5m.

(16/04/1995) SX 5852 6577 One of six huts recorded by Gerrard to the south-east of the enclosure (MDV3462). Ordnance Survey hut 'E', Gerrard's 'hut C'. Simple plan and single orthostat walling type. Interior is 4.5m in diameter and is surrounded by a 1.8m wide wall standing up to 0.7m high. Doorway survives as a gap in the surrounding wall, faces south and is flanked on both sides by granite slabs. This hut is site No.102829 in the National Trust inventory (1994).
