Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1950, SX56NE79 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV164267.

(02/05/1950) Hut F; remains of hut very fragmentary; no obvious entrance. One of eight hut circles in an enclosure. Diameter 6.0m.

(16/04/1995) SX 5852 6579. One of six huts identified by Gerrard to the south-east of the enclosure (MDV3462). Ordnance Survey hut 'F', Gerrard's 'Hut D'. The northernmost within the group. Simple plan and double orthostat walling type. Interior is 4.8m in diameter and is defined by a 2m wide wall standing up to 0.75m high. Doorway survives as a gap in the surrounding wall, faces south-south-east, is partly blocked and is denoted by orthostats placed through the thickness of the wall. This is site No.102830 in the National Trust Inventory (1994).
