Visited on 16/03/1998. On south-west boundary of the park there is a large faceless quarry cut into side of the hollow way that contains Bolham Lane. Probably represents source of both building and roadstone. May predate the park but no direct evidence. Currently fenced. Other details: Appendix 5: site13.
