Anderson, I. K., 1906, 11th Report of the Dartmoor Exploration Committee, 106, hut 27 (Article in Serial). SDV337055.

One of a group of about 94 hut circles at Watern Oke. Hut 27; a good circle, external diameter 19 feet; internal 14 feet (4.27m). Paved with large stones and the probable entrance was west of south; cooking and rubbing stones were found.

(1992) SX 5646 8352 Hut circle terraced into the hillslope. Simple plan and coursed stone walls type. Interior measures 4m in diameter and is defined by a 1.3m wide wall standing up to 0.8m high. The doorway faces south-west and is partially blocked. A boundary wall leads from the south side of this structure. Excavations by the Dartmoor Exploration Committee in 1905 revealed a paved floor, cooking and rubbing stones.
