Full description
Department of Environment, 1978, Totnes, 76 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV342722.
Number 74 High Street (south side). Early 19th century refronting of an older building. 3 storeys. 3 windows. Welsh slate roof with rendered stacks. Timber-framed, plastered front. Projecting, coved, dentil eaves cornice. At north end, masonry party wall with rendered face to South Street; chamfered corbel to street of former first floor jetty. Slightly recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Modern shop front.
