Number 86 High Street (south side). Late 18th century refronting of an older building. 3 storeys. 1 window. Welsh slate roof with rendered stack. Timber-framed, plastered front. Modillion eaves cornice with fluted frieze. Masonry party walls. Segmental bowed bay window rises through first and second floors; architraved sash windows of 3 lights with glazing bars. Late 18th century shopfront with cornice; shop window with large panes. House doorway with elongated console brackets flanking rectangular fanlight; half glazed door.
