Full description

Department of Environment, 1978, Totnes, 78 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV342722.

Number 94 and Number 96 High Street (south side). Early 19th century pair of shops. 2 storeys and attic. 3 windows with 2 window gabled front to Leechwell Street. Welsh slate roof. Plastered 3 bay front to high street with pilasters carrying entablature to first floor. Older masonry party wall and rear wall. Architraved sash windows with glazing bars. Wooden shopfronts with pilasters carrying entablature with projecting cornice. Number 94 has a modern shop window and doorway. Number 96 has a shop window with large panes.
