Full description
Department of Environment, 1978, Totnes, 61 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV342722.
Dated 16/03/1978. Number 103 and Number 103A High Street. Earlier 19th century. 3 storeys. 2 windows with 1 window return to Plymouth Road and 1 window splayed corner treatment. Hipped Welsh slate roof with rendered stacks and projecting eaves. Painted roughcast front with plain sill band at second floor level. Architraved sash windows. House doorway with panelled door and square fanlight with margin lights. Modern 'regency' shopfront with ashlar pilasters carrying entablature; round-arched doorway on corner.
