Full description

Department of Environment, 1978, Totnes, 61 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV342722.

Number 105 High Street. Earlier 18th century, one build with Number 107. 3 storeys. 2 windows. Hipped Welsh slate roof. Timber-framed, slate-hung front with heavy moulded eaves cornice and floor strings. Masonry party wall at north end. Mid 19th century architraved sash windows. Late 19th century shopfront. Boarded house door with fanlight.
