Full description
Department of Environment, 1978, Totnes, 56 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV342722.
Number 63 High Street. Earlier-mid 19th century refronting of older building. 3 storeys. 2 windows. Hipped Welsh slate roof with boxed-out eaves cornice. Red brick stack. Rendered, timber-framed front with older masonry party wall showing evidence of corbels of former first floor jetty. Recessed sash windows. Later 19th century double shopfront with columnette-mullions to shop windows. Panelled house door. Included for group value.
