Full description

Number 71 High Street. Earlier 19th century refronting of older building. Three and a half storeys. 2 windows. Welsh slate roof with gabled front. Slate-hung, timber-framed front with masonry party walls. Modern sash windows. Early 19th century shopfront with half round columns, on high bases enriched with palmettes, carrying bracketted entablature with projecting cornice. Modern shop window. Raised and fielded, 6 panelled house door with hood carried on cut brackets.
