Outbuilding approx 15 metres north-north-east of Coombe.
Outbuilding, former stable, granary and cowhouse. Datestone 1865 to stable and granary on left; cowhouse to right. Coursed slatestone rubble; gabled slate roof, with corrugated iron to right.2-storey stable with first-floor granary to left: tympanum arches above timber lintels over 20th century plank doors with 19th century strap hinges; timber lintels over 2 iron-barred windows set in heavy pegged frames on first floor; stone steps to 19th century plank loft door with cathole in left gable end.
Cowhouse to right has similar barred window over round-arched doorway to centre flanked by timber lintels over half-blocked door to left and 20th century double doors to right; timber lintel over half-blocked double entry to extreme right.
Interior: cowhouse has 6-bay a-frame roof with ridge purlin set in crossed apexes. Included for group value. Other details: LBS 91327.
