Full description
Child, P., 19/04/1989, Proposed Conversion Beara Charter Barton, Beara, Marwood (Correspondence). SDV340889.
The barn is a very plain structure lacking even the usual opposed threshing doors. It has been re-roofed in recent times with new trusses and a corrugated iron cladding. The linhay to the south of the yard is an unusual feature for such a northerly site in devon. The gateway is also a rare feature.
