Full description
Department of Environment, 1985, Crediton Hamlets, 76 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV38635.
Pig-house approx 15m west of Neopardy Cottages. Pig-house. Probably C18. Partly plastered cob on volcanic rubble footings; wheat reed thatched roof. Small single storey block containing wide central entrance under oak lintel on north side. Roof half-hipped to right, gabled to left. Gable is weather-boarded with pigeon holes. 3-bay roof of roughly finished a-frame trusses with pegged lap-jointed collars. Included for group value.
