Earthwork pits are visible either side of a field boundary on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. The earthworks partly correspond to the location of an ‘Old Marl Pit’ depicted on the north side of a field boundary on the late-19th century Ordnance Survey maps, but are considerably larger.
