Cottage, early 18th century. Rubble, with cob in upper storey, and plastered. Thatch roof with gable ends. Overlaid with temporary straw thatch to front. Stack at left gable end. Single cell each side of staircase. Two small slated outshuts to rear. Two 19th century 2-light timber casements, 6 panes each light, on ground floor and first floor, each side of 20th century door and gabled thatched porch. All window openings have timber lintels. Three chamfered beams with ogee stops to left side cell. Other details: 7/19.
