Full description

Department of Environment, 1985, Braunton, 43 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV73918.

Cottage, probably late 18th century. Whitewash rendered cob and rubble. Thatch roof with rubble stack extended in brick at right gable end. Outshut with lean-to pantiled roof at right gable end with 2-light casement. Symmetrical facade of 2 storeys and plan with single cells each side of central staircase, 20th century extension to rear. Two storeys, 2 timber sashes on each floor with projecting stone sills and centre half-glazed 20th century door. Other details: 12/89.
