Full description
Department of Environment, 1985, Braunton, 42 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV73918.
Cottage, 18th century. Whitewashed rendered cob and rubble. Thatched roof with rubble and brick stacks at each gable end. Two storeys with thatched outshut to rear left hand elevation and small 20th century extension adjoining. Outshut with slated lean-to roof at left gable end. Three 2-light windows (2 panes each light) over 2 similar windows to each side of central 20th century door. Windows are hinged centrally. Chamfered lintel to fireplace, otherwise interior much altered. Other details: 12/86.
