Vis=20/11/1987 (robinson), 2/3/1988 (griffith and robinson). Lies in more level area in moderate sw slope with slight scarp on upper side (dprfp).

Curvilinear cropmarks of ditches are visible.

At least three sections of cropmark of curvilinear ditch circa 2.5m wide and up to 40m long are visible on aerial photographs of 1984 on the west-facing slopes west of Chantry Farm.
The cropmarks can be interpreted as defining an oval enclosed area at least 80m long and 40m wide, potentially evidence of settlement dating to the Bronze or Iron Age date.
