Full description

Outbuilding about 25 metres north-west of Colesworthy farmhouse (formerly listed with Colesworthy). Outbuilding. Probably early 19th century. Slatestone rubble with large squared granite blocks for quoins. Hipped slated roof. Two storeys. South-east front has wide centre doorway with 20th century sliding doors. Window with wood lintel at either end of ground storey. Small loading doorway over centre sliding doors. Taller loading door with granite threshold to left of it. This has plank door with old wrought-iron strap-hinges. Seven pigeon-holes just below the eaves. When originally listed it contained an "old horse mill in perfect condition" and a cider press.
