Barn about 15 metres east of Mill House. Barn alongside the Liverton Brook, now converted to a garage. Early 19th century. Painted stone rubble with slated roof. Two storeys. The gable to the road and side-wall to the brook retain their original character and make a good group with mill house. In the gable is a plank loft door with five pairs of pigeon-holes above it.
