One of a group of seven hut circles; this is the most south-easterly of the group. Diameter 3 metres. Rubble wall 1 metre wide, 0.3 metres high. Condition fair, entrance on south-east side.

Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1950, SX57SE27, 28/9/1950 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV272811.

One of a group of 7 hut circles. Hut G. (SX5719 7294) Double walled type, small, diameter 3.5 meters, wall width 1.0 meters, height 0.3 meters. Small, composed of turf-covered stones; condition fairly good; entrance on the south-east side.

Stone hut circle forming part of a prehistoric settlement 900 metres west of Devil's Bridge.
Diameter 3 metres. Rubble wall 1 metre wide, 0.3 metres high. Doorway faces 135 degrees.

Depicted by Butler; one of a group of overgrown huts on Walkhampton Common. Numerous pits in the vicinity, but huts appear to have avoided serious damage.

Depicted on the modern mapping, which matches recent (2010 and 2015) aerial photographs, so is assumed to be fairly accurate.

Visited 26/12/2018. Both huts have thick peat/grass cover with dense gorse on walls especially on north side on both. Previous recording suggested 'fairly good' condition but these are considered to now be in a 'fairly poor' state. See photograph.
