Three sides of rectangular single ditched enclosure, length of side 40m width 25m. Recorded from the air 1985 (ap). Vis=4/1/1989 (robinson). Even s slope, nothing visible (dprfp).

Cropmarks of linear ditches are visible.
Many of the aerial photographs consulted are copies of DAPs held by the Historic England Archive. These have been recorded here as separate sources as there is a possibility that variations in processing could result in images on which archaeological features show differently than on the original images.

Cropmarks of a ditches up to circa 2m wide are visible defining a possible enclosure on the south-east-facing slopes of a combe to the west of Whiteway Barton, Kingsteignton. The visible cropmarks define three sides of roughly rectilinear area up to circa 36m long, north to south and 26m wide, east to west. The northern side of the enclosure is not defined.
The cropmark was not noted on any other sources available to the survey.
