Name: | Barn, Abbotsford Farm |
---|
Summary
Vis=13/9/1989 (child). The barn at abbotsford farm is an interesting example of the conventional bank barn of the c19, unusual in that it has been built at the same time with a covered wagon entrance of the sort fashionable in the 1860s and 1870s. Presumably the whole building is of this date which places it late for a bank barn which in other respects is entirely traditional. It is a substantial structure (child).
