Full description

Department of Environment, 1988, Dolton, 45 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV598.

Roselea.
Small house. Early C19. Plastered rubble and cob walls. Hipped slate roof. Rendered rubble axial stack.
Plan: 2-room plan with long wing containing service rooms and outbuilding behind left-hand end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front of horizontal sliding early C19 18-pane sashes apart from later C19 6-pane sash to right on ground floor. C19 6-panel door to its left. Long wing extending behind left-hand end has a horizontal sliding sash on the 1st floor and windows with overlapping panes to outbuilding part.
Interior not inspected.
