Full description

Barn 15 metres north of Shepherd's Farmhouse. Barn, originally a threshing barn. Probably 17th century. Random rubble chert with some cob below eaves line. Hipped corrugated iron roof. Opposed entrances; some stone and brick buttresses. Internally, 4 jointed crucks with alcock type f2 apex carpentry, the cruck posts resting on the ground. Halved collars (15/4/1987).
