Former toll house, now 79 Parkwood Road. It is thought to have been built in 1817 for the Tavistock Turnpike Trust. A lodge type house with an angled front and Gothick arch-headed windows under a slate roof. The low level of the windows suggests that the road level has been raised. The original doorway is now blocked.
