Full description

Unknown, Unknown (Migrated Record). SDV1416.

Building also has a wide double doorway through n wall. Described as a stable building and walled yard. Presently occupied by a scrapyard. The yard walls have been largely demolished. Was present of a map of 1861 (dro) (pye).

Canal building approx 12m west of west abutment of stover canal bridge. Storage building and walled enclosure associated with stover canal. Circa 1790. Stone rubble with hipped slate roof. Rectangular, single storey with full height narrow opening in east side, now partly blocked facing canal side otherwise unfenestrated. Enclosure of high slatestone walls to north (doe).
