At the time of the 1839 Tithe Map and Apportionment Collaton Farm was owned by the Rev. John Yonge and tenanted by William Adams. The farmhouse was largely refurbished in the 19th century but retains some 17th century fabric and some features which could be earlier.
Ordnance Survey, 2016, MasterMap (Cartographic). SDV359352.
Most of the farm buildings appear to have been converted.
